The Selection of Knowledge Management Software Applications for Attracting New Customers

Companies are rapidly computerizing all of their business processes in order to achieve a faster, easier and more accurate execution of their tasks. In addition to business processes and activities, companies need to computerize the knowledge they possess about their potential customers, their characteristics, needs and requests. All of these things can be done by using an appropriate knowledge management software application that helps companies to use their knowledge and information effectively. This kind of knowledge and information can be used as a tool in the process of the production and sales of products that can attract new customers and satisfy their requests. The benefits of using knowledge management software applications in the process of attracting new customers will be explained in this paper. Also a number of knowledge management software applications that can be used for this purpose will be listed. After the theoretical research, practical research will be carried out in companies in the Republic of Macedonia and in some other European countries.
